In September 2020 we purchased the old International House of Philadelphia and created the Mason. A 14-story, 221,000 SF multi-family building in the heart of University City adjacent to University of Pennsylvania’s campus and within walking distance to Drexel University.

The existing structure was built in the 1960’s and was used primarily as a dormitory for foreign students. Since acquisition, we gut renovated all 409 apartments and created the most affordable product with cutting edge design in University City.
