Conveniently located just one block from the new 2nd Avenue Subway entrance this building was occupied by below market leased and under rented retail space.

We successfully renovated the sixteen unit building by renovating the lobby, corridors and common spaces as well as 75% of the apartments.

The final product includes twelve apartments and a new retail tenant at 3x the rent of the previous tenant. In less than eight months we stabilized this asset due to the efforts of the leasing and construction team.
