Upon acquiring the twenty-four-unit building, we renovated the common areas, renegotiated tenant leases, created two new retail spaces, significantly increasing the income. Additionally, air rights were sold to the neighboring development. Collectively these efforts stabilized the building and rendered it attractive for sale within three years.
